In addition, Bill can custom pair your favorite woods together to create a personalized gift for your home or a gift to another. See our Special Orders page for examples of some special projects we have done. Most items are available for shipping.
If you are looking for something custom, please reach out to us via our Contact Us Page and we can discuss any custom orders you desire. We commission larger projects such as Men’s Standing Valet, Wishing Wells, Wheelbarrows, Rocking Horses for kids, Ceremonial Urns for the Ashes of loved ones and other items. Larger items need to be picked up at the shop in Concord NC due to their size.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom Orders require a 50% deposit when order is placed.
